I read the whole post and I really appreciate you adding the time to do this on top of the rest of commitments in your real life. I'm studying to be a translator myself so I understand the additional efforts quite well. If you ever need a spot person, let me know. I can't commit huge amounts of time but I could probably help you out with a project or two occasionally if you need an extra brain.
